Meditation Tip 404 – Average Try to notice today in your own experience that if you go by what everybody does in life then you will always just be an average human. If you want to be something more, then you have to go beyond. Whether it's how/what you eat, the discipline you put into things, or whatever. If the average is your indicator to a good life then you will be very disappointed and live a life way below your capabilities because it takes a certain commitment in whatever it is that you like to do to become an extraordinary human and live an extraordinary life. You must do things others aren't willing to do and to do that you must first touch deeper dimensions inside yourself. Doing this will give you true power and when this depth is reached you basically merge with creation and allow it to create through you and thats when what it is that you produce becomes empowered by something beyond yourself and the end result is magical and fused with being. Average is not what you came here to be, so wake up by going within and then create with love, joy, and with an energy that will touch people not just through the physical, but way beyond. Meditation Tip 403 – Entire Experience Try to notice today that the more you can become the entire experience in each moment the truer the perception of life will become. It seems like the default position of the average person is to view life as my experience, but if you do some work and realize that the "my" part of the experience can be dissolved and the entire experience can be witnessed, then life will be seen more whole and less suffering will occur as a result. This can be used in any situation and can open a whole new way of viewing life. Try it out today. Whatever you are doing take it on as if there is no you there but an entire happening. Driving to work – View it as one happening. Become aware how all cars are moving simultaneously and you are just the awareness of it all, including the driving that the human is doing. Having a conversation – view it as one happening, not you just talking or the other person but the entire experience. Be aware of as much of the whole situation as possible. See the human that you identify with as well as the other human having the conversation. Witness all that you can. Do it with as many experiences as possible and it will unlock an amazing new possibility in life, one that can allow life to be experienced without a sort of clingyness. Meditation Tip 402 – Survival Game Try to notice today in your own experience that unless you touch something inside yourself which is beyond the survival process then you will just act and behave like any other animal. Trying to survive at all costs. The problem with living life this way is that for animals survival means just a couple of things and they are satisfied, but for humans the surviving bar is constantly increased due to the nature of the ego. Its wants more and more and more until forever. If reaching infinity is tried on the physical level then we get to a point in life in which we are now. A point where oceans are filled with plastic, where some people have everything and others not even food, where homes are built and stay empty, where pharmaceuticals are taken like candy, where people walk around more like zombies than humans. A human has the capability to break out of just mere survival and touch something beyond but this takes awareness and awareness can only be raised by seeking truth. Truth is what is real outside of additions, including all the addition that are constantly being increased in the survival game. Take back your power and start noticing that you are playing in a survival game. Fix your survival needs at a certain level and then just enjoy existence because its amazing and you might miss it. I recently did a 7 night Solo Meditation Banana Retreat and this is a little snippet of the full post that is on my website now. β€œThe only real time is the present” Not sure who said that or if it’s even a quote by anyone, but this was the motto of my newest adventure that I just came back from.Β  It was a wild one cause not only did I up the dose of days from my last solo meditation retreat, but I decided to only eat bananas and drink water during the whole stay. Before you think I’m nuts, there was a reason for my madness.Β  Mainly it was because during my last solo retreat I noticed how the mind used food as a massive distraction.Β  So therefore on this one, I decided to cut that desire and just make eating so boring that there was no hype during, before, or after meals.Β  It was really interesting because if you are able to completely surrender to the experience then eating what is there is okay and doesn’t even become that mondaine. I ate around 90 bananas over the 7 days.Β  Was planning to eat about 15 a day, but it was cold and in the last 2 days I was left with not too many ripe bananas and therefore ate a much smaller dose.Β  It was also not about how many I ate, was just eating when I felt like I needed food and was hungry. Meditation Tip 401 – Sickness (Since its here) Try to notice today in your own experience that when you become sick, the mind just whines and whines. The fact of the matter is that it is something that happens and the experience is here so you can be caught up in the mind drama which is the default position or use this situation to master yourself a bit more. Also, healing happens way more efficiently when the body is allowed as much energy to be used for healing. The drama that you play in your head is using energy so why not consciously decide to allow the body that energy for healing. This is not something that will come easily, especially if you dont practice to silence the mind during the healthy times. Just like you practice for competitions and study for tests, it is important to practice being free from the mind if you want mastery over yourself. Meditation Tip 400 – Moon Try to notice today in your own experience the effects of lunar energies on the human you are inhabiting. Think of the phases of the moon as a beam of light from a flashlight. If the flashlight opening would be mostly covered the amount of effect the flashlight would have on an area would be minimal, when more is opened the effect is greater, and when it's completely opened it is very penetrating. So if the moon is in beginning phases it has some effect on you, but when it's full, it shines very directly and you better believe that, that energy is even effecting you. The liquid inside you is getting stirred up, just look what happens to the oceans or water bodies. The thing is that you aren't sensitive enough though to feel it because to this point in life, most likely you have been being numbed from feeling things fully. Going away tomorrow for a 7 Day Solo Meditation Banana Retreat Meaning-Going to eat only Bananas for 7 days straight and just drinking water and basically meditating, doing yoga, and mindfulness everything. Wouldnt recommend this to everyone but if you wanna see how your mind runs your life in all instances and how it keeps you stuck in past conditioning then a good way to do it is by doing something like this for yourself. You must be disciplined though because this shit ain't easy and you'll want to quit. It's mentally and emotionally challenging, but if can stay focused and able to surrender yourself to the experience then the transformation can be amazing. Meditation Tip 399 – Earth day Try to realize today in your own experience that you are part of the earth and it is part of you, literally you are made from it! so this means there is a connection there with you and the earth. So basically how you treat yourself directly reflects how the earth is being treated. Best thing to do is start treating yourself with love and then that love will be reflect onto the earth. Problem is that we live in a world full of egos who believe they are separate, meaning a loss of connection to the totally and therefore a loss of connection to their truth. An ego is a fake and with it comes the absence of love. No love for you means no love for anyone, especially for the earth. Meditation Tip 398 – Pinpoint yourself Try to notice today in your own experience that you aren't able to pinpoint yourself. Isnt this weird? And if this is the case then maybe it is true that you are a fiction? you are made up! Have you ever though about that? Like really sat and though about why is it that you cannot pinpoint yourself? Sure, you can point to the body and say that is me, but which part of the body are you then? You can also say you are somewhere in the brain or mind, but where is it that you are? Dont just assume either like you do know especially when you never really sat down and looked. Dont believe some claims from scientists either, check yourself by really trying to figure out where it is that you are right now, not in the past or future either, but right now. Some of you might think you are the one controlling this body and mind, but if that is true then why is it that you cant control all aspects of the body such as your heart beats, blood flow, etc. And in the mind you barely do the thinking as well, thoughts mostly come automatically and why cant you stop them? Is the mind located in the brain? Maybe all this is so tricky because you are being tricked into believing some grand story that has been created by the mind into making you think over and over that you are some separate thing that resides somewhere in some unknown location in the body or mind and you just assume, like most of the world that this is just obvious and needs no investigation? You can go this route but your whole life will be lived from delusion since you believe something that isnt true. Meditation Tip 397 – Even Breathing Try to notice today in your own experience that firstly, your breath is super shallow and secondly, the inhale and exhale aren't even. Since this is the case there are many areas in the body that suffer without any need. Think about it, you have this magical substance called air that is vital to keep you alive, yet you dont even pay attention to how the process works and experiment with what may help it work more optimally. Sure, the basic mode is set and you are alive, but if you want to thrive then start putting some awareness in these two areas of deepening your breath and practicing making it more even at times. This will feel strange at first if you haven't tried this before, but the results that come are very great. Meditation Tip 396 – Glitch Try to notice today in your own experience that there are these sudden moments of irregularity that you can occasionally spot sometimes during life that can help you to break free from your programmed/mind consumed state otherwise you are just stuck in the middle and dont really realize that you are operating from them. These could be all sorts of things such as a chance encounter, a particular symbol, a pattern that repeats, a near death experience, suffering, etc. All these types of events can help you to realize that you have been living life consumed in a way that has been suppressing growth and expansion of your being rather than propelling you to operate at the highest frequencies possible. You become stagnant and therefore blinded. The key is awareness here because these glitches happen more often than you think especially if you are living your life far from your truth. Life wants you to expand and will help you but it's up to you to take the steps. Why awareness is crucial is because everything is right there in front of you now, you just dont always see it. A good example of this here is if you ever have bought a car you can relate to this because after you buy it you start noticing that that particular car is everywhere on the street, yet before you bought it you didnt notice what was there right in front of you. So start noticing glitches (moments of irregularity) in your experience and see what you can learn from them. Maybe they are signs to help you to break free from a certain conditioned state that you have fallen into and aren't noticing anymore.
