Before you do any of these practices or other practices in your life, become the awareness and see what the human you are occupying can do. I’m different from you in someway, so that means I will have a different baseline then you will. Nothing is a competition here. That being said, be mindful of how your mind will try to keep you in comfort as well, because only if you are able to go beyond the comfortable will there be a real change in you. If you feel pain, or cant handle your mind, or just can’t do this on your own, then consider stopping and consulting someone that can help you, because there is no shame or weakness in that.
