
Neck + Shoulders Details
In this Neck + Shoulders practice, there are 5 simple steps that you need to familiarize yourself with.
Step 1
Bring head UP, take a full Inhale and Exhale.
Bring head DOWN, take a full Inhale and Exhale.


Step 2
Turn head RIGHT, take a full Inhale and Exhale.
Turn head LEFT, take a full Inhale and Exhale.


Step 3
Tilt head RIGHT, take a full Inhale and Exhale
Tilt head LEFT, take a full Inhale and Exhale


Step 4
Bring head Down, start rotating head slowly all the way around, Inhale half rotation, Exhale the other half.
Now, repeat the process the opposite direction.




Step 5
Lift shoulders Forward + UP on Inhale, and in a circular motion send shoulders Back + DOWN on Exhale
Lift shoulders Back + UP on Inhale, and in a circular motion send shoulders Forward + DOWN on Exhale
