The super power that humans actually do have, yet we are too busy to notice as our mind distracts us with useless things or makes us believe it’s not really that big a deal. What is more miraculous than us having this super power is that you don’t need to do much for healing to occur, yet even with healing we sabotage ourselves.
Most people can’t disconnect from their mind processes in general, but when they have become sick or injured, it is nonstop; instead of helping their body heal itself by being fully connected to all it’s essense, they are consumed by the mental aspect of the problem. If action is needed because your leg is dangling from it’s socket, then take the necessary steps to help, but if the helping that you are doing is being consumed by your mind’s fictitious stories about the event or the future, then basically you are just taken over–in Zombie Mode-and you are using vital energy to power the mind’s sabotage.
If your body is at ease, it is going to heal itself in a way more efficient manner than if you’re constantly in a victim mentality. Start realizing that you’re not doing yourself and your body any good by constantly using up energy to fantasize all the possibilities that can occur.
Think of yourself as a phone with a battery; the more you’re doing stuff with it, the more your battery drains. Healing takes a lot of battery life, but instead of allowing it most of the battery, you decide to give the mind a good chunk, and not only does it take a lot of battery life, but very often it counteracts your healing by adding it’s own extra shenanigans.
Your job is to allow healing to occur and surrender to it, not control it.
