Therapy

When people think of therapy, they usually think of another person, some kind of specialist to talk to.

When I think of therapy, it’s the water, the moon, nature, meditation, yoga, breathing, connection, sports, exercise, drawing, friends, a mentor, and on and on the list goes.

You can do it through a professional too, and many people get a lot of help that way, but at the same time humans have all sorts of biases and are many times as messed up as you. If you are lucky, you will find someone doing the profession because they fell in love with helping others, and are totally connected to being the vessel of serving others who are struggling. The truthful humans will at least be willing to admit that all they know is some methods that might help, the dangerous ones will treat you very seriously and dissect you to find your problem.  Sometimes, these ones have many certificates on display and know exactly how to treat you before you even come in. After all, we are in the era of mass production. Get on the conveyor belt, we have the mass cure.

I am also not saying that strong means aren’t needed. Especially, if you need a quick fix and are a hindrance to yourself or others. The problem happens when the ideology of the world is that everyone needs treatment because you can find a problem in any situation, it’s not that difficult.

Kids are especially vulnerable these days because getting help is a big craze, especially in the Western world, who suffer anxiety about everything, and want to avoid it at all costs. This can lead to many ideas being implanted into young minds that they need fixing, or need to go on some medication. You cannot think your way out of the energy body, you need to learn ways to help mastery it. This takes years of facing all sorts of situations, without just running away or staying clear of things that scare you.

We have an energy body and energy is movement, if you don’t want to feel that movement then you have to be closer to death than life, it’s slower then. If you want to be fully alive, this movement is going to be felt strongly. I know it can be tough, I played years of competitive sports and it’s quite high when you are about to take a penalty kick and it determines if your team wins or loses, or when you are a coach of a tennis team and have to cut people that aren’t good enough.

You will be tested in life over and over again. You can sit in your house and try to avoid it, but life will come after you even there. Being uncomfortable is necessary to living a good life.

Once again, i’m not against talking with others. It is very valuable. But humans have their own ideas, they also cannot get to your core, only you have access there and if you want deep understanding of who you are, you will have to search, and this takes a willingness on your part to be super vulnerable with yourself. Not someone from the outside telling you how to be a better person. If you know yourself, you will become that because you are It.

The best advice that I can give you, especially if you are young, is to just try things with an open mind.
If you need to take invasive measures because you cannot cope otherwise, at least exhaust all your other options, and don’t just do something because it’s popular and others are doing it. Let it come out of you because ultimately, you will have to live with the decisions that you choose.
