A person who has deluded themselves that they are in control of life, will freak out by things that appear in their experience that they do not expect and that puts them out of their comfort zone.
When a person is in balance, it means that they have found the sweet spot, and are living with as little friction with the world around them, no matter how it appears in the moment.
It is true that situations will show up for you that you would rather not be in sometimes, but this only has power over you from the stance that this experience shouldn’t be there for you and a different one would be better.

During this time of the year, it is easy to get bombarded by the hustle and bustle of present buying, planning trips, holiday preparation, and family gettogethers, which can lead to many humans turning into zombies. Don’t get infected and fall out of balance. Instead, use this outer chaos to see in direct experience how your inner system functions. Energies can become quite strong because there is a deadline and a sort of urgency to get things done. Chill, take some breaths, and do your best to do all your activity in a conscious way.
